We offer one free return label per order. (If applicable)

To initiate and receive a prepaid return label, login to your account and go to your order. Or you can lookup an order with your order ID and billing email or zip code here. Once you’re in the order follow the return steps. All submitted details must be accurate or it can delay processing your return and/or void it completely.

All returns must be in a sturdy box or sealable poly bag, with the shipping label clearly affixed to the outside of the packaging. 

(restrictions apply: Not all product or orders may be eligible to return.)
