What is WSS Rewards?
WSS Rewards is our customer loyalty program that rewards customers with redeemable points every time they shop.
How can I earn/redeem points?
I have an answerEarn 1 point for every $1 spent in-store, in-app, and online. Get $10 in Sneaker Bucks™ when you redeem 200 points. *As of 2/1/2026, you can now redeem 200 points versus 250 points.
How can I check my points balance?
Sign in to your account on ShopWSS.com or in the mobile app, or ask a store team member to check your points balance at the register.
When will my points reflect in my account?
Points will be reflected in your account as soon as you make a purchase in-store or once your online order ships.Please note restrictions may apply.
I already signed up for WSS Rewards in-store. How can I link my membership online or in the mobile app?
If you are an existing WSS Rewards member and would like to sync your membership online, simply create an account with the match details provided in-store, or click ‘sync’ in the mobile app.
Are there any restrictions on redeeming Sneaker Bucks™ Rewards?

All WSS Rewards members will automatically receive $10 Sneaker Bucks™ in their account.
Bulk Buyers do not qualify for WSS rewards
Any purchase classified as a bulk order is excluded from the WSS Rewards program and is ineligible to earn or redeem reward points.
