We offer one free return label per order.

To initiate your RMA and receive a prepaid return label, login to your account and go to your order. Or you can lookup an order with your order ID and billing email or zip code here. Once you’re in the order follow the RMA step. All submitted details must be accurate or it can delay processing your return and/or void it completely.

All returns must be in a sturdy box or sealable poly bag, with the shipping label clearly affixed to the outside of the packaging. Make sure to include the RMA packing slip and original packing slip in the package (if applicable).
