My package was marked delivered but I cannot locate.Updated 14 days ago

Before contacting us to investigate a missing package, please complete the following steps:

Check all exterior doors and any locations on your property where the package may have been left.

Confirm with other members of your household that the package has not been received.

If you live in an apartment or multi-unit building, check with the front desk, mailroom, leasing office, or building security.

Look for any delivery notices or messages left by the carrier on your door, near the mailbox, or in your email/text messages.

If you are still unable to locate your package after completing these steps, please contact us.
