Shipping Timeline

Orders with standard shipping are typically processed within 2–3 business days. However, in some cases, processing may take up to 4-6 business days. This may occur if one or more items are unavailable at our distribution center and need to be sourced

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international locations.

What if my shipment is processed as ‘Returned to Sender’ by the carrier?

If your package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier it will be Returned to Sender.In this situation once the order arrives at our facility it will be processed as a return and you will be credit.Unfortunately, we will not be able to send you a rep

What if I used a freight forwarder?

Anytime a freight forwarder is used, WSS assumes no liability for damages, defects, material variances, or loss occurring after the shipment has been tendered to the freight forwarder. Customers are responsible for refusing damaged goods at delivery

Can I request to have my package held by the carrier?

At this time, we are unable to reroute orders or request that they be held at a local post office or FedEx location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I modify my order, shipping address or payment?

At this time, we are unable to modify or adjust orders once they have been placed. This includes changes to items, shipping addresses, or payment methods. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What if my shipment is RTS by carrier.

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to the sender. Once the order is received back at our facility, it will be processed as a return, and a credit will be issued accordingly. Initial shipping fee is non-refundable

What if my order is stuck in transit or shows no tracking updates?

If your tracking information shows no movement or your package appears to be stuck in transit for more than 10 business days, please contact our Customer Support team so we can initiate an investigation.
