If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to the sender.

Once the order is received back at our facility, it will be processed as a return, and a credit will be issued accordingly. Initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please note that we are unable to reship or replace orders returned as undeliverable. If you would still like to receive the item(s), we encourage you to place a new order and verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
