Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for return or refund.
Online orders cannot be returned in store and must be shipped back.
All Jordan and special release products purchased on the release date are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Please return only the correct item(s). WSS is not responsible for non‑WSS items sent to us by mistake, and no compensation will be provided for incorrect items returned.
